Mondrian is entering the all-inclusive travel space with the opening of the lifestyle brand’s first ever foray into the segment in Cancun.
Located between the Caribbean Sea and Nichupté Lagoon at Grand Island, Mondrian Cancún, All-Inclusive isn’t your standard all-inclusive, boasting 400 guest rooms, 10 restaurants, six bars, two lagoon-facing pools and one adults-only rooftop pool with panoramic views across Cancún.
Additionally, the Ennismore-affiliated brand is bringing its design-led, social approach to the format, with guests to enjoy wellness and fitness programming, enough entertainment to take guests from morning movement classes right through to late-night DJ sets, and access to the nearby Bungalow Beach Club via a complimentary shuttle where guests can enjoy sushi, sharing plates and tropical cocktails right on Cancún’s famous white sands.
Those wanting to dial things up a notch can opt for Mondrian+ which comes with dedicated butler service, private check-in, preferred seating at the Bungalow Beach Club and an enhanced drinks offering.
For food, offerings include Cuyo where the flavors of Mexico’s Yucatán Coast come to life through fresh seafood, wood-fire cooking, agave-led cocktails and Mexican wines; contemporary Japanese Niko; and Allegra Rooftop & Bar, which is exclusive to Mondrian+ guests and transitions from daytime lounging into a lively after-dark destination.
And if a short stay isn’t enough, the accompanying Mondrian Residences Cancún — the first residential development in Mexico — also comprises 328 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences. So if one week makes you feel you want to stay there forever, there’s always the option of moving in.
